    There were a few different versions of this style chair on Amazon, but after a bit of research I decided to purchase the ones from UrbanMod even though they were a little more expensive. I'm glad I did because these chairs are fantastic. Assembly was extremely easy one I figured out that I needed to remove the felt pads covering the screw holes. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to drill the screws through them or remove them, but removing them was the way to go. They're just there so the chairs dont scratch one another while stacked in the box.

    These are beautiful chairs! The quality is clearly evident from the materials used to the way it feels when you sit in it. I've heard and seen that a lot of Eames chair replicas show a slight hint of the screw moldings on the plastic seat part, but these dont have that! The plastic is very thick, durable and well crafted (no seams!). I also like that all the visible hardware is black not silver. This seller claims to provide better made replicas, and I can say from what I've seen their claims are spot on. Very happy with these chairs!

    These chairs were packed exceptionally well. The bottoms came pre-assembled and each chair leg was wrapped in both plastic shrink wrap and a molded foam sheet. The ABS shells were sealed in a plastic bag and the points at which the shell meets with the chair were protected by thick plastic discs and a sheet of foam.
